Gentle Movement for Seniors
FREE
This class is suitable for all. We practice some chair-based yoga, breathing exercises & some fluid chi-gong movements. This is an opportunity to improve your mental and physical health and enjoy some of the therapeutic benefits of yoga in an accessible, non-competitive environment. The class also includes some ‘Strength and Balance’ exercises (to strengthen muscles, improve balance and reduce risk of falls).

Everyone works at their own level, so come along and do what you can!

Community Lunch
After ‘Gentle Movement’ we all sit down for a healthy lunch of homemade soup, bread and a chat with tea and biscuits.

Dance Practice - beginners welcome
FREE

As it sounds! An informal opportunity to practice your line dancing with help from fully trained dance teachers. Regular dances include ‘Red Hot Salsa’, ‘Cowboy Strut’ ‘5,6,7,8’ and ‘Nutbush’ to Tina Turner’s ‘Nutbush City Limits’. Whether you are a seasoned line-dancer that wants to brush up your moves or are at the beginning of your line-dancing journey, you will be made very welcome!
